Hello! Where do I begin? Well, I simply love Westport. My husband and I moved to Westport and purchased a small home almost 20 years ago. I was born and raised in Long Island, NY. My husband is from Brooklyn. We lived in NYC for a short while. New York was great...pre-kids. We then moved to Stamford, CT for a short while before finding a home in Westport, CT. At the time, there were very few homes for sale in our price range. We found the perfect starter home in a neighborhood where hundreds of children would arrive at our doorstep on Halloween and go trick-or-treating. We have lived in five (yes, five!) different homes here, with a short stint in Weston, CT as well. I know Westport as well as any real estate agent in town. I'm always familiar with all of the homes for sale in Westport.
I have lived in a few different neighborhoods in Westport and therefore know what each area offers in terms of conveniences, local amenities, and more. We've been within a few minutes of the Merritt Parkway in Coleytown, we've been a couple of miles from I-95 in Greens Farms. We've lived in the Compo Beach area, approximately 100 yards from the beach and the Long Island Sound, and we've lived in Old Hill right off of the Post Road, within minutes of all of the great stores in the area, including Whole Foods, Stew Leonards, Fresh Market, movie theaters, Main Street and more. Why did we move so often? As we grew our family and both my husband and I earned a better living, we continuously upgraded our home. Recently, with two kids in college and one more in high school, we decided to move again, down-sizing our home. Of course, in Westport. We now live in a wonderful community...although I'm sure I'll find another home in the near future that I'll fall in love with and tell my husband that we need to call the movers again! Westport is an incredible town, with fantastic schools, great restaurants, shopping, parks, beaches, culture and more. I think you'll love it here. And if you already live here, but are considering moving and listing your home for sale, I can help you. As you've read, I've done it myself a few times.
If you are interested in buying or selling a home in Westport, CT, I would be honored to meet you and have the chance to speak with you about this big move you are considering. I have been a real estate agent in Westport for almost two decades and know almost every nook and cranny of this beautiful town. I have represented dozens of buyers and sellers during that time and I am honored that these customers of mine have been my biggest source of new clients. I work incredibly hard for my clients, as I'm confident any of them would tell you. I can promise you I will work tirelessly for you, whether to sell your home or find you a new one. I'd be happy to supply you with any references you desire, or you can take a look at some of the testimonials that many of my clients have been kind enough to post, or by clicking here.
Please know that I take my job very seriously because I believe that the decision to buy or sell your home is one of the biggest decisions of your life. Many of my clients have very different needs, likes and dislikes. I take the time to understand these needs, because if I don't, then I'm simply wasting your time...and mine. I will ask you many questions, because I want to find you the home that fits you. There are many types of home for sale in Westport, and although they all have their own style and feel, they aren't for everyone. Some buyers come to town only looking for new construction, some would never consider a new home and want the charm of a 200 hundred year old home. The beauty of Westport is that we have it all here. Whatever you are looking for, I will help you find it. Although inventory is sometimes limited here, the good news is that there are always dozens of homes for sale in Westport. If you are ready to start the process and need a reliable Westport real estate agent, please call me at 203-858-9876. Thank you for your consideration and have a wonderful day.
